迎合中共意旨,對台灣進行無孔不入的滲透。」

繼今年5月初發表聲明力挺「拒絕中時運動」後,史學泰斗、中研院院士余英時昨再度親筆發表聲明,聲援在行政院前反對媒體壟斷的學生,並表達對財團購併壹傳媒的憂心,余直言:「中共通過台商收購媒體,在台灣進行全面瓦解人心的活動,已經達到了明目張膽的地步。」

......面對壹傳媒在台媒體事業易主,余英時昨再發聲明,強調壹傳媒收購案是攸關台灣前途的大事,對學生抗議活動百分百支持。他說:
「台灣今天所擁有的民主和自由,得來真是不易,這是我親眼目睹的一段最動人的歷史,現在我很高興地看到:青年學生們已自動自發地站出來,為維護民主和自由而奮鬥。中共通過台商收購媒體,在台灣進行全面瓦解人心的活動,已經達到了明目張膽的地步。奮起抵抗,此其時矣!」
