【国际记联批北京六四期间封锁信息】
在中国政府当局1989年6月4日当局出动军队镇压和平示威者28周年纪念日到来之际，中国采取阻断互联网信息流通的措施。国际记者联盟就此发出强烈批评，并提请中国国家主席习近平注意中国的这种做法也违反当局所宣扬的“一带一路”倡议。
在全世界100多个国家拥有60万名成员的国际记者联盟6月5日发表声明说：
“在六四纪念日到来之际，中国各地的社交媒体用户发现社交媒体平台微信功能受到限制，几乎无法使用。来自香港的媒体报道则说，用户不能将图片上传至他们的账户。在6月4日整整一天，中国的互联网用也发现提及这一纪念日的内容或标题很快被删除。中国有关当局声言，屏蔽删除这类内容是因为这类内容‘违反了相关的法律法规’，但当局不说明究竟是违反了什么法律法规。”
国际记者联盟的说，“没有任何法律法规准许政府（肆意）阻挡人们使用媒体平台或互联网。我们提请习近平主席注意，信息的自由流通是民主和‘一带一路’倡议的关键组成部分。”
