エルンスト・ヴェルナー・フォン・ジーメンス (Ernst Werner von Siemens, 1816年12月13日–1892年12月6日) は、ドイツの電気工学者、発明家、実業家である。コンダクタンスなどのSI単位ジーメンスに名を残している。また、電機・通信の大手企業シーメンスの創業者でもある。 なおドイツ語での標準発音 [ˈziːməns]をカタカナ転写すれば「ジーメンス」(より厳密にはズィーメンス」)だが、日本では、ドイツ語南部方言もしくは英語読みに基づく慣用形である「シーメンス」も使わる。

德國發明家暨西門子公司創辦人維爾納˙馮˙西門子,1816年出生於德國漢諾威附近,在1892年逝世於柏林。
1847年西門子與其事業夥伴在柏林共同創辦一家電報工廠,這也是日後西門子股份有限公司的前身。時至今日,該公司於全球大約有35萬名員工。
