The origins of the hole punch date back to Germany via Matthias Theel, where two early patents for a device designed to "punch holes in paper" have since been discovered. Friedrich Soennecken filed his patent on 14 November, 1886, for his Papierlocher für Sammelmappen.

(http://www.endo-dm.org.tw/dia/exchange/world.asp
(https://goo.gl/8L7ghU)(On November 14, 2016. Google showed doodle for the 125th birthday of Frederick Banting.)

Horatio Walpole, 4th Earl of Orford, also known as Horace Walpole, was an English art historian, man of letters, antiquarian and Whig politician. The whole secret of life is to be interested in one thing profoundly and in a thousand things well. Justice is rather the activity of truth, than a virtue in itself. Truth tells us what is due to others, and justice renders that due. Injustice is acting a lie.
