黃信介（1928年8月20日－1999年11月30日），本名黃金龍，臺北市大龍峒（今屬大同區）人。美麗島事件主要人物，民主進步黨第三屆及第四屆黨主席，臺灣民主運動與黨外運動先行者，對抗威權的民主運動領袖。其為台灣的社會運動參與者與政治人物連溫卿外甥。其父為黃火炎，母為連好。1954年與大稻埕張亦泰布莊千金張月卿結婚。
