余英時：中共藉台商買媒體 明目張膽 | 蘋果日報
繼今年5月初發表聲明力挺「拒絕中時運動」後，史學泰斗、中研院院士余英時昨再度親筆發表聲明，聲援在行政院前反對媒體壟斷的學生，並表達對財團購併壹傳媒的憂心，余直言：「中共通過台商收購媒體，在台灣進行全面瓦解人心的活動，已經達到了明目張膽的地步。」

......面對壹傳媒在台媒體事業易主，余英時昨再發聲明，強調壹傳媒收購案是攸關台灣前途的大事，對學生抗議活動百分百支持。他說：
「台灣今天所擁有的民主和自由，得來真是不易，這是我親眼目睹的一段最動人的歷史，現在我很高興地看到：青年學生們已自動自發地站出來，為維護民主和自由而奮鬥。中共通過台商收購媒體，在台灣進行全面瓦解人心的活動，已經達到了明目張膽的地步。奮起抵抗，此其時矣！」
