【國際中心╱綜合外電報導】法國時尚界大亨貝爾傑（Pierre Berge）昨天在睡夢中去世，享壽86歲，他是已故設計大師聖羅蘭（Yves Saint Laurent）的多年伴侶，也是聖羅蘭事業集團的智囊，曾熱心幫助中國民運人士逃離中國。
貝爾傑也是中國民主運動的推手之一，六四天安門事件時，他成立「中國民主之家」，並在「黃雀行動」中，協助民運人士逃出中國。

熱中社會運動

貝爾傑也是知名的藏書家與藝品收藏家，並熱中社會運動，長年為同性戀者爭取權益，曾慷慨捐出大筆財產用於愛滋研究。
2008年聖羅蘭去世，他隔年把兩人共同收藏的多件藝品交給佳士得拍賣，包括圓明園知名12獸首中的鼠首與兔首，曾引起中國強烈抗議。
